Motorsport and rally driving is, by its very nature, dangerous. 

Our Terms and Conditions are included with this in mind.

1. Bookings may only be made by, and participation in the course is only allowed for, holders of a full UK driving licence, juniors exempt.

2. All Langley Park Rally School vouchers are valid for 6 months and booking must be made and confirmed before this date. 

3. Full payment for any course must be made upon booking, with the exception of corporate days which may be provided with the option of a deposit, but must be agreed before booking. 

4. A booking will be made in your name upon receipt of a booking made online and either the appropriate remittance for the course fee in full by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or cash, or receipt of a valid Langley Park Rally School or third party voucher. A valid contact number and email address must be provided to enable us to contact the participant.

5. We only operate on selected Saturdays and weekdays please email us to check availability. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct location and arrive on time to participate in the course. 

6. In the case of a telephone reservation made by the holder of a Langley Park Rally School or third party voucher, the voucher number and date of expiry must be quoted and a valid email address must be provided for confirmation to be sent to.

7. No refunds will be given for vouchers not redeemed before the expiry date. There is the opportunity to extend the voucher for 6 months at an extra cost. Your voucher can only be extended up to one month after the expiry date and the extension will be from the date of expiry.

8. Refunds will only be issued for vouchers purchased from ourselves, if we are contacted within 14 days of receipt. Vouchers must then be received back into our offices within a further 14 days. Refunds after this time will not be issued.

9. Refunds will not be issued for third party vouchers. The customer should contact these companies directly. Once a date is booked and confirmed, this date can not be changed.

10. In the event of your non attendance at the course booked for whatever reason, the entire course fee will be forfeited or, in case of a booking made with a voucher, the voucher will cease to be valid, unless we receive written notice of cancellation from you not less than 21 working days before the course date and if we receive such notice an alternative date will be arranged for you to attend or, in the case of a booking made with a voucher, the voucher will remain valid up to its expiry date.

11. We reserve the right to cancel the course in which event an alternative date will be offered. In the case of a booking made with a voucher, the expiry date of the voucher will be extended by such period as we shall consider reasonable in the circumstances. It is agreed that this shall be the full measure of damages due to you in the event of cancellation and is accepted by you as being reasonable. No refund will be given if we cancel the course and we will not be liable for any expenses incurred.

12. We are not liable for any costs incurred should a course have to be cancelled. 

13. In the event that we should decide that the course is not able to continue for any reason including, but not limited to, mechanical problems with the course vehicles, we will offer you an alternative date for your participation on the course to be completed and it is agreed that this shall be the full measure of damages due to you in such event and is accepted by you as being reasonable.

14. We reserve the right to alter the programme for, and the content of, any course.

15. You will comply with our directions and instructions at all times during the course and we reserve the right to prevent your participation, at any time, in the course if you fail to do so and/or if we do not consider your behaviour to be reasonable or responsible and/or we consider you are unfit to drive for reasons of health which were not stated on the sign on form or consumption of alcohol and/or drugs, and in such event you will not be offered an alternative date for a course or be offered a refund of the course fee, and any voucher will be cancelled.

16. Before participation on the course, you (and if you are aged under 18, your parent or guardian) will be required to sign a form of Declaration. Without signing this you will be unable to take part.

17. Juniors are not able to take part in the Junior Rally course without having been tested in a standard car to prove they have the basic driving skills or have evidence of their previous visits to ourselves 

18. You may be accompanied on the course by third parties who may spectate only, unless there is availability for them to purchase drives/rides, and must adhere to safety rules at all times. Please be aware that this is predominately an outdoor course and you must be dressed appropriately. Legs and arms must be covered and suitable footwear must be worn. 

19. Helmets will be provided to adults and for all passenger rides and it is compulsory that they be worn at all times whilst driving or being driven on the course.

20. Third Party Public Liability Insurance is provided in respect of your participation in the course. 

21. Pets are not permitted on Langley Park Rally School’s premises.

22. If in the case that our courses are fully booked and your voucher is due to expire then there will be a charge for extension of your voucher so that you can be booked in on our next available date or course alterations will be made.

23. We recommend booking at least 3 weeks prior to the event date you wish as dates can fill quickly. If your voucher is due to expire then a booking should be made a month before expiry.

24. Any extension on vouchers issued by Langley Park Rally School shall increase the validity of the voucher for 6 months from the date of the issue of the extension only.

25. Where we provide SD cards of the video footage of the experience, we remain to have the rights to the footage. If you do not wish for your footage to be used for advertising you must tick the box on the sign on form. Footage must be checked before leaving, refunds will not be issued once the SD cards have left the site. 

26. It is possible for all vouchers to be upgraded including third party and vouchers prior to the 2023 relaunch, as long as the upgrade fee has been before the date of the experience. 

27. Vouchers will be emailed either from the website or email address unless you have purchased the additional voucher pack which will be posted. 

28. The course is not booked until a confirmation email is sent stating course date and time, attaching directions and course information.
